Large bags sealer with adjustable sequence control

Vacuum and seal can be automically done for large bag. The seal head can be adjusted to any height for easy sealing by motor and the angle also can be adjusted from a horizontal position to 90 degrees. The extension arm (options accessory) can extend into pouch and prop it up to ensure a cleanly sealing. NTG is Nozzle-type vacuum/gas-flushing sealer. Sealing length may be settled 4 length within 600-1200mm. Compressor that are not included should be purchased separately.

Medical Sealer

OPL Series

Highly accurate sealing at the ideal temperature.

This impulse sealer combines temperature sensor and micro-controller to maintain the sealing area at set seal temperature for all sorts of packing material. The temperature of seal remains constant, unaffected by temperature changes in the surrounding environment or the unit's frame. Even use over extended period of time will not affect the initially set seal parameters. This makes the ideal heating and cooling time. The operation methods can be chosen between foot pedal and auto cycle. Also the table switch plate is an optional operation method for OPL-200,OPL-300 series. When you want to use the table on OPL-450 and OPL-600, FA's stand and special size table can be used on them together. The optional printers may be mounted on this unit. Optional special size table and stand can be mounted at same time.
